Get new promotions by email
One message a day at most, and only when something new appears. No message if there is nothing to report.
Privacy policy
UK Bonus does not require an account and does not ask for personal data to use the site. This policy explains the limited data that is processed when you visit, why, and what rights you have under the UK GDPR.

1. Who is responsible for your data
UK Bonus operates UK Bonus (uk-bonus.com) and is the data controller for the processing described here. You can reach us at [email protected] or by post at address to be confirmed.
This site is an information catalogue. It lists promotions published by gambling operators, with every value copied from the operator’s own page. We do not run games, hold funds, open accounts or accept bets.
2. What we process
We deliberately keep this to a minimum.
- Technical data from your request. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser’s user agent and the referring page. This is needed to send the page to you and to keep the service secure and working.
- Your cookie choice. If you answer the cookie banner, your answer is stored in your own browser so we do not ask again. It never leaves your device.
- Anything you choose to send us. If you write to us — for example to report a mistake in a promotion — we process your message and your email address in order to reply.
We do not ask for your name, date of birth, payment details or gambling history. We do not build profiles, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not use advertising cookies. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling with legal effects.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Lawful basis (UK GDPR Article 6) |
|---|---|---|
| Delivering the pages you request and keeping them available | Technical request data | Legitimate interests — running a website that works and is not abused |
| Protecting the site against attacks, scraping floods and outages | Technical request data | Legitimate interests — security of the service |
| Remembering your cookie choice | A single entry in your browser’s storage | Strictly necessary for a service you asked for (PECR regulation 6(4)) |
| Answering a message you send us | Your email address and the content of the message | Legitimate interests — replying to the person who contacted us |
| Measurement of which pages are read | Aggregated usage statistics (Google Tag Manager) | Legitimate interests, with a refusal honoured at once through the banner |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered your rights and use only what is necessary: no identifiers beyond what the request itself contains, and no combination of that data with anything else.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Visits are counted with Google Analytics, which starts with the page; refusing the banner switches it off for your browser and deletes the cookies it has written. Your answer to the banner is kept in your browser either way. The details, including the names of the cookies, are in the cookie policy.
5. Email updates
You can ask us to send a short daily email about promotions that have just appeared. It is entirely optional: the site works the same without it.
- What we store: your email address, the sections you chose (casino, sports, poker), the date and wording of your consent, the IP address the request came from, and the date of the last email sent to you. Nothing else — no name, no tracking of what you open or click.
- Lawful basis: your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box and then confirming through a link we email you. Until you click that link, the address receives nothing.
- How often: at most once a day, and only when something new appeared in your sections. If there is nothing to report, no email is sent.
- Stopping it: every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that needs no login. You can also change your sections from the same link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- How long: We keep the record while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep the address and the consent record only as long as needed to prove we had permission and to honour your unsubscribe — no longer than 24 months — and then delete it.
We never sell or rent the list, never pass addresses to gambling operators, and never send advertising on behalf of third parties.
6. Who else sees the data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Data is seen only by:
- the hosting provider that serves these pages, acting on our instructions as a processor;
- anyone we are legally required to disclose to, for example in response to a lawful request from a public authority or a court.
If a supplier processes data outside the UK, we rely on the UK’s adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement, so your data keeps the same protection it has here.
7. How long it is kept
Server logs are kept for a short operational period — no longer than 12 months — and then deleted or aggregated so that individuals can no longer be identified. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you write again. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it or change your answer.
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or provide it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — withdrawal does not affect what was done before.
Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. Because we hold so little, we may need to ask you for details that let us find the data at all — for example the approximate time of your visit — and if we cannot identify you we will tell you so.
If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
9. Children
This site is for adults. Gambling promotions in the UK are restricted to people aged 18 or over, and the site is not directed at children or designed to appeal to them. We do not knowingly process data about anyone under 18. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Links to operators’ sites
Pages here link to gambling operators’ own websites so you can read the original terms. Those sites are run by other companies with their own privacy policies and their own cookies. We are not responsible for what they do with your data once you leave this site.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Substantive changes — a new purpose, a new recipient, a new lawful basis — will also be flagged on the site before they take effect.
